London clients for its flexibility and quick turnaround times, has invested heavily in tech development and its training programme in recent years to consistently provide a service one step ahead of its competition’s.

“London is the perfect place to have cut your teeth in this industry,” explains director Adrian Kelly. “We have been able to develop our service and tools in a way that prioritises speed without compromising on detail, and the result is a package we feel confident will please clients everywhere.”

LetCheck began making its mark on Manchester last year, its team of clerks working with clients such as Complete Prime Residential. “Our impressions thus far are of a very flexible and reliable team,” reports Nicola Smith, associate director in Complete “The reports produced really help protect our portfolio, the office staff we speak to are friendly and organised, and the clerks are punctual and efficient. Our particular requirements are always accommodated, and we are greatly looking forward to working with LetCheck on a broader basis moving forward.”

Manchester is another of the country’s most populous areas and possesses a thriving lettings industry, but Kelly notes that this is not the only driver of the decision to expand in this direction. “Our hard work in London over the years has seen us forge professional relationships with a wide range of agents and corporate landlords whose business extends beyond the capital. We feel LetCheck is ready to offer the same high-quality support these clients expect from our London operation in other key areas.

“We have further developments in the pipeline, so 2018 should be a very exciting year.”
